Doom, gloom and despair. V didn't just spend a thousand dollars happily out of housekeeping on their holiday in Ottawa, she also racked up over six-hundred on the credit card -and that doesn't include the car rental. Man, I am so looking forward to when the debt stops building!!

But it will.

My exercise program has gone down the tubes. I got an urge to write. Tuesday I spend the evening writing happily and some portion of Wednesday I spent writing so none of my ambitions got fulfilled. However this is all to the good. The bad part is that once again people have been trying to socialize with me in the evening when I have been trying to hide and have been keeping me awake, until eleven I think last night, so I am very sleepy and groggy and have been having problems at work making my accounts come out right. I have still not posted period twelve because I can't make the last bank reconciliation balance. I'm at a stage where I add up the same column of figures three times and get three different answers.

It was good to write. I am so sleepy I can't figure out what I wrote either.

R came crying into the kitchen yesterday, not crying about anything in particular, just bored to tears literally. So the sibs stepped into the breach which is very good. Last night they played Scrabble. Today S took R to the library with him and they met me and right now V is at a church activity and the three kids are settling down to play Clue.

E didn't get the job she wanted. 

I didn't pay bills today because I got up late so I got to work late and had to leave late.. It looks like I will not be able to fix the cushion in the housekeeping account for awhile, not with the stuff that is now due. When the money comes in tomorrow I will just have to start paying the newest installments. Man, I so resent the nearly two hundred dollars that V spent at the museum. Ah well. It's in the past.

I think I am too disjointed to write. I'm going to try to shower and get to bed
